This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
That's ok! I'll talk you through all the details, and if you have any questions or concerns, I'm always open to adjusting our plan. My job is to help you feel relaxed and comfortable, and I'll be sure that when we meet on location you're ready to shoot.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
For local travel (up to 45min each way), yes. For photoshoots in places I was going to be anyway, yes. For other regional events I"ll charge hourly ($150), and if I have to fly or stay overnight I'll charge actual expenses.
Can you recommend any good locations?
Absolutely, but I don't know which locations you have an emotional connection to, and although I can recommendation many sites, client requests and decisions are paramount.
What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If it can be anticipated, we'll either adjust the location or reschedule - no sweat! If it's a surprise while we're on site, we'll continue the session if we both agree the weather will not affect the quality of the photos. If we think it's best to reschedule, for safety or quality, we'll do that - no extra fees, ever.
